EFF will argue on behalf of AT&T customers in order to stop the NSA's illegal, unconstitutional, and continuing dragnet surveillance of their communications and communications records. EFF has cleared numerous hurdles set by the government since filing Jewel v. NSA in 2008. The case includes declarations from three NSA whistleblowers and a wealth of additional evidence, including secret documents published in the Guardian and Washington Post that confirm our allegations.

EFF Special Counsel Richard Wiebe will argue before the court that the Fourth Amendment definitively bars this type of dragnet. As EFF presented in its motion, enough information now exists on the record for the court to rule that the government's technique represents an unconstitutional search and seizure.

We invite you to join us in the courtroom as EFF challenges the government's violations of Americans' constitutional rights. Be part of our tireless call for justice and an end to illegal spying.
