EFF International Rights Director, Katitza Rodriguez will be speaking on anonymity, encryption and the rule of law. The Conference Legal Issues Concerning Hispanic And Latin American Media will provide lawyers from North America and Latin America a unique opportunity to meet and educate one another on the issues that arise in cross-border content creation, newsgathering and distribution. The event is organized by Media Law Resource Center  in cooperation with  University of Miami School of Communication and School of Law.
