The Institute of Access to Public Information and Protection of Personal Data of the Federal District of Mexico will present the International Principles on the Application of Human Rights to Communications Surveillance. EFF International Rights Director, Katitza Rodriguez, has been invited to present the Principles to the Mexican Community. The event will be organized on January 27 in Mexico City, one day before International Privacy Day.
